Rare Beef Tenderloin - cooking recipe

5 to 6 lb. beef tenderloin (whole)
Kitchen Bouquet
salt and pepper
Preparation

Take beef tenderloin from wrapper (still cool).
Salt and pepper tenderloin.
Then cover entire tenderloin with Kitchen Bouquet (rub it in with your hand well).
Tuck tip of tenderloin under and place whole tenderloin on a wire rack in baking pan. Let cool to room temperature.
Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
Place tenderloin in oven and immediately reduce temperature to 450\u00b0. Cook for 30 minutes only, then remove from oven and cover with foil.
Let sit 20 to 30 minutes and then slice thinly.
Beef will be rare and melt in your mouth.
