Ingredients

2 c. evaporated milk
2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. packaged, precooked rice
1/2 c. chopped almonds
2 Tbsp. chopped coconut
1/3 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine milk, water, salt and sugar in a large saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until scalded.
Stir in remaining ingredients; remove from heat.
Cover.
Let stand at least 20 minutes.
Serve hot with whipped cream.
