Vegetable And Black Bean Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. onion, minced
    1/2 c. red and yellow bell peppers
    1 can black beans
    3 carrots, julienne
    1/2 c. broccoli
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. cumin
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    tortillas, sour cream and salsa
Preparation
    Saut all ingredients, kind of stir-fry style.
    Fill steamed flour tortillas. Top with sour cream and salsa.
