Rolled Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    flour (to make soft ball)
    3 to 4 c. broth from 1 boiled hen
Preparation
    Whip eggs with a fork lightly.
    Add milk, salt and flour (a little at a time).
    Stir with a fork.
    Add and stir until a soft ball is formed.
    It may be kneaded on a board for a few minutes. Cut in 2 parts and roll up on floured board 1/4-inch thick.
    Cut in squares and drop in boiling broth.
    Simmer 45 minutes or until tender.
