Cracker Crisp Salmon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. greens
    2 to 4 tomatoes
    1 clove garlic
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon, tuna or boned chicken
    6 to 8 radishes
    1 c. small cheese crackers
Preparation
    Wash and drain greens early in day and chill in a crisper. Mash garlic and salt together until garlic disintegrates.
    Add salt mix to mayonnaise, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Chill. Mix all and add dressing and crackers when ready to serve.
