Pancake Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 lb. bag all-purpose flour
5 c. sugar
1 c. baking powder
3 1/2 Tbsp. salt
10 c. powdered milk (dry form)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Place in gallon jars.
Makes about 1 1/2 gallons of mix.
