Marinated Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 gal. oysters
1/2 pod garlic, minced
2 medium onions, finely chopped
salt, pepper and Tabasco to taste
juice of 2 lemons
1/4 c. Chablis
1 c. Italian dressing
Preparation
-
Place oysters in a large container.
Add remaining ingredients and stir.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight, stirring at least twice.
Serve with crackers.
This makes an easy and delicious \"party starter\".
