Christmas Morning Breakfast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 slices bread (crusts removed, if desired)
6 to 7 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
1 lb. sausage (hot or mild), cooked, crumbled and drained
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Lightly grease 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Place bread in dish, lining the bottom.
Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over bread layer.
Spoon sausage over egg layer. Top with cheese.
Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
