Quick Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. shortening
    5 1/2 Tbsp. ice water
    1 tsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and shortening in mixing bowl.
    Put a lid on it and shake until it looks like corn meal.
    Add ice water and vinegar; shake until it forms a ball.
    Roll out and place in a pie plate.
    Makes 2 crusts.
