Party Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 onions, chopped
    1 carrot, chopped
    2 green peppers, chopped
    2 bunches parsley, chopped fine
    1 large can mushrooms
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef or 6 c. cooked chicken
    1 large can tomatoes, put through sieve
    1 lb. Parmesan cheese
    2 buttons garlic
    2 pkg. spaghetti
Preparation
    Saute the onions in 2 tablespoons oil until brown.
    Add meat and brown, then carrots, peppers, parsley, mushrooms and tomatoes. Cook slowly for 1 hour and then add garlic, pepper and salt. Cook the spaghetti and add to the meat mixture.
    Mix thoroughly and let set overnight.
    Heat and serve on a platter or put in heatproof casserole and cover with Parmesan cheese.
    Serves 10 or 12.
