1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
2 heaping Tbsp. Peccorino Romano cheese
oil
vinegar

Preparation

Mix oil, vinegar and salad dressing mix as directed on package. Add the Peccorino Romano cheese. Shake well and serve over the salad.
