Broiled Haddock With Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. haddock fillets
1/4 c. margarine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. minced onions
10 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Cut fillets into serving size pieces.
Melt margarine and brush one tablespoon over fish.
Broil 5 to 8 minutes.
