Cranberry Swirl Coffeecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1 (8 oz.) carton dairy sour cream
    3/4 c. canned whole berry or jellied cranberry sauce
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nutmeg in a mixing bowl; set aside.
    Beat margarine or butter in a large mixing bowl until softened.
    Add eggs and almond extract. Beat until well combined.
    Add flour mixture alternately with sour cream, beating just until combined.
    Spoon half of the batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Spoon half of the cranberry sauce and half of the walnuts over the batter.
    Repeat layers with remaining batter, cranberry sauce and walnuts.
    Gently cut through the mixture with a knife to swirl.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until the cake tests done.
    Cool on a wire rack for 20 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 12 to 16 servings.
