Egg Custard Pies(Makes Two 8-Inch Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    5 Tbsp. sugar (full)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add sugar and flour; stir well.
    Add milk.
    Stir thoroughly!
    Pour into unbaked pie shells.
    Put nutmeg over top.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
