Imitation Crab Fettuccine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. thin egg noodles or fettuccine
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. imitation crab or 7 oz. can crabmeat
    2 cloves garlic, finely minced
    1 c. half and half cream
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cook noodles and drain well.
    Do not rinse.
    Keep warm. Heat butter
    and
    garlic until garlic is lightly browned.
    Add cream, crabmeat
    and
    pepper.
    Heat to boiling point, stirring constantly.
    Add
    Parmesan\tcheese.
    Cook
    and
    stir 1 minute. Remove from
    heat
    and gently toss with noodles.
    This doubles easily to serve more.
    Serves 4.
    Serve with a green salad.
