5 Hour Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat
    1 c. minced onion
    1 c. celery
    1 c. carrots in chunks
    1 c. potatoes in chunks
    1 (8 oz.) can Hunt's tomato sauce or 1 (No. 2) can stewed tomatoes
    2 heaping Tbsp. tapioca
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Place in casserole, tightly covered.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Could use crock-pot.
