Hearts Of Palm And Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. unpeeled, thinly sliced cucumbers (about 2 medium)
    1 medium size purple onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
    1 (14 oz.) can hearts of palm, drained and cut into 1/2-inch slices
    2 Tbsp. (1 oz.) Feta cheese
    1/2 c. white wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. minced, fresh basil
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients in a large, shallow dish; toss gently and set aside.
