Jalapeno Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. Minute rice
    4 1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 stick oleo
    2 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/3 c. diced jalapeno peppers
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Mix all
    ingredients
    and
    pour
    into a 2 quart greased casserole.\tSprinkle
    with paprika and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serve hot with a Mexican meal.
