Kangaroo Pockets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c. shredded lettuce
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c. chopped tomato
2 Tbsp. Thousand Island
4 small pita bread
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, toss together eggs, lettuce, Swiss cheese and tomato.
Add salad dressing and toss.
Slit open pita bread rounds on one edge.
Fill each with portion of egg mixture.
