Garlic Cheese Grit Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    grits
    1 stick garlic cheese
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 stick real butter
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Cook grits with milk as directed to make 4 cups.
    Stir garlic, cheese and butter into the hot grits.
    Stirring constantly, add eggs. Pour into baking dish and bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0 until brown on top. Great with steak and as a potato substitute.
