Green Chili Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 doz. corn tortillas
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 chopped onion
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onions, drain; then add Cheddar cheese and set aside.
    Heat soup, milk and Velveeta in microwave or in top of double boiler until cheese is melted.
    Then add green chilies.
    Fill tortilla with meat mixture, roll tightly and place in baking dish.
    Pour Velveeta sauce on top.
    Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
