Peach Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. water
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. jello (peach or orange)
    1 c. boiling water
    2 c. diced peaches
    1 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Cook tapioca in 1 quart water until soft.
    Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water.
    Combine all ingredients and pour into dish. Chill until firm.
