Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 bunch fresh broccoli
    1 bunch green onions
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 small jar pimentos, chopped
Preparation
    Soak cauliflower and broccoli in salt water for 3 minutes. Cut in slices.
    Use only stalks of broccoli.
    Add sliced water chestnuts.
    Mix in pimentos.
