West Texas Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. yellow corn meal
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. salad oil
1 can cream-style corn
1 (4 oz.) can chillies (chopped)
Preparation

Preheat oven
to
400\u00b0.
Grease
12
cup Bundt pan; set aside. In
large
bowl, combine cornmeal, baking powder, oil, sour cream and chillies, stirring well.
Add other ingredients and stir until
moistened.
Spoon into prepared pan.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes
or
until
toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to stand
on wire rack 10 to 15 minutes before removing from pan. Yields 12 servings.
