Meatballs(Makes 5 Dozen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
    1 egg
    1 small green pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (6 oz.) Kraft hot barbecue sauce
    1 (6 oz.) Kraft regular barbecue sauce
    1 (8 oz.) apricot preserves or jelly
Preparation
    Cook meatballs in 1/4 cup shortening. Remove and drain. Heat barbecue sauces and preserves until melted. Stir constantly. Add meatballs until coated. Simmer 30 minutes. Serve hot.
