Jelly Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 eggs (at room temperature)
    1 small jar jelly (any flavor)
Preparation
    Sift flour and measure.
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Add sugar gradually until mixture becomes thick and light colored. Gradually add
    flour, then flavoring.
    Line a 15 x 10-inch pan with wax paper.
    Grease the paper, then pour cake mixture in. Bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
