Hawaiian Chicken Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. chicken
    1 envelope Lipton golden mushroom soup (mix with real chicken broth)
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks (in natural juice; reserve juice)
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
Preparation
    In a medium skillet, heat oil and brown chicken. Add soup mix blended with reserved juice, water, soy sauce, green pepper and pineapple.
    Bring to a boil.
    Simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes or until done.
    Serves 4.
