Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. round steak
    1 env. onion soup mix
    2 green peppers, sliced or diced
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. butter
    2 lg. onions, sliced or diced
    1/2 c. worcestershire sauce
    rice, egg noodles or chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Cut steak in 1/4-inch strips.
    Brown in heavy skillet in butter on medium heat.
    Add onion soup mix and water, and simmer for 45 minutes to an hour.
    Add onions, pepper and worcestershire sauce and simmer until onions and peppers are tender.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
