Sauteed Tomatoes And Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 small tomatoes
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. sugar
dash of pepper
3 or 4 small zucchini, sliced
1 clove minced garlic or 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. salt (omit if you use garlic salt)
Preparation

Peel, core and cut tomatoes into wedges.
Slice zucchini. Over low heat, saute onions and garlic in butter until onions are tender and golden.
Stir in basil, sugar, salt and pepper.
Add zucchini and cook about 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes; cover and cook 5 minutes longer or until zucchini is tender and tomatoes are heated through.
Makes 6 servings.
Can be done in microwave.
