Kahlua Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium sweet potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. Kahlua
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender but firm.
    Peel and slice.
    Melt butter and sugar in frying pan.
    Add sliced potatoes.
    Turn until brown on all sides.
    Add Kahlua.
    Bake in covered dish at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove cover; ladle syrup over potatoes.
    Bake another 20 minutes.
    Serves 6.
