Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. mayo
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    vegetables (such as yellow squash, zucchini, broccoli, green pepper, grated carrots, cauliflower)
Preparation
    Make crust from rolls on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Cool.
