Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. biscuit mix
2/3 c. (2.6 oz.) finely shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Turn dough out onto a well-floured surface and knead 15 to 20 times.
Pat dough to 1/2-inch thickness; cut with a 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter.
Bake at 450\u00b0 on lightly greased baking sheet for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes 1/2 dozen.
