Quick Wheat Soy Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. + 2 Tbsp. soy flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
2 Tbsp. oil
1/4 c. honey
Preparation

Stir dry ingredients together.
Blend liquid ingredients; pour into the dry and blend well.
Pour into a well oiled loaf pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour until a toothpick comes out clean.
