Mandarin Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) lean flank steak
    3/4 c. unsweetened orange juice
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3/4 tsp. hot sauce
    vegetable cooking spray
    5 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained
    1/4 c. chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Trim fat from steak.
    Combine orange juice and next 3 ingredients in an 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish; add steak, turning to coat.
    Cover and marinate 10 minutes.
    Remove steak from marinade, reserving 1/4 cup marinade.
    Place steak on a rack in a roasting pan coated with cooking spray.
    Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat 5 minutes.
    Turn steak and broil an additional 2 minutes. Top steak with green onions; broil 2 minutes or to desired degree of doneness.
    Slice steak diagonally across grain into 1/4-inch slices.
    Place steak and onions on a serving platter; set aside and keep warm.
