Apricot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. pkg. apricot jello, set until soft
    1 c. crushed, drained pineapple
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    2 bananas, cut up
    1/2 c. pecan pieces
    1/2 c. sugar
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    2 slightly beaten egg yolks
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and cook on low until mixture thickens. Cool and
    pour over jello mixture; top with Cool Whip and let set for at least an hour before serving.
