Carrot Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium carrots, cut in strips
    1 medium head cauliflower, separated
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    grated Parmesan cheese
    parsley
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Arrange carrots in ungreased baking dish. Layer cauliflower over carrots.
    Dot with margarine.
    Sprinkle with salt and nutmeg.
    Cover and bake until vegetables are tender (50 to 55 minutes).
    Sprinkle with cheese and garnish with parsley.
