Glazed Apples And Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 pkg. smoked boneless pork chops (4 to pkg.)
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. cranberry-orange relish
    1 (20 oz.) can sliced apples
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops and brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
    Push chops to one side of skillet.
    Combine honey and cranberry-orange relish in skillet.
    Add apples and toss to coat with mixture. Cook about 5 minutes longer to heat apple mixture.
    Makes 4 servings.
