Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. pecans
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 egg white, beaten
    1 tsp. water
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg white with water; mix well with spices. Pour over pecans; toss until pecans are coated and bake until pecans are dry, about 1 hour at 250\u00b0. Stir to turn pecans.
