Tea Garden Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. orange gelatin
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. tea
    1 can Mandarin oranges
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 small can water chestnuts
    whipped cream
    orange rind
Preparation
    Mix gelatin, water and tea.
    Add oranges and pineapple. Congeal slightly.
    Add chestnuts and set until firm.
    Put whipped cream and grated orange rind on top.
