Country Fried Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of celery soup
    4 pork chops (1 lb.)
    2 oz. mushrooms
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. thyme, crushed
    6 whole small white onions
    1 c. sliced carrots
Preparation
    In skillet, brown pork chops and mushrooms with butter or oil. Pour off fat.
    Stir in soup, water, thyme, onion and carrots. Cover and cook on low for 45 minutes or until tender.
    Stir occasionally.
    Serve over wide noodles.
    (Easy to increase ingredients for more servings.)
