Bleu Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger or ground chuck
    1/2 lb. Bleu cheese
    4 hamburger buns or onion rolls or English muffins
    Dijon mustard (garnish)
    thinly sliced onion (garnish)
Preparation
    Form meat into 8 thin 1/4 pound patties.
    Form 4 thin smaller patties of Bleu cheese.
    Place the Bleu cheese patties in the center of 4 of the hamburger patties.
    Top with the other 4 hamburger patties and press firmly.
    Press around the edges to seal.
    Broil or grill to desired doneness.
    Serve on toasted buns with desired garnish.
    Makes 4 Bleu Burgers.
