Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    vanilla wafer cookies
    1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese with sugar; add eggs and blend.
    Add vanilla and whip until smooth.
    Place a vanilla wafer cookie in the bottom of each cupcake baking liner.
    Fill each cup 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    When cool, top with cherry pie filling.
    Refrigerate.
    Makes 18 to 20 tarts.
