Bill'S Dijon Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. butter
    2 green onions, diced
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/2 c. cream
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 bottle Mojo sauce (found in Key West)
    10 oz. pork tenderloin
Preparation
    Heat skillet and melt butter. Saute shallots. Add white wine; simmer until wine is reduced 1/2 way. Add the cream, mustard and Mojo; simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Pour sauce over meat and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Grill tenderloin 5 minutes on each side or until done.
