Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 c. milk
    1 c. instant rice
    1 c. cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Salt and pepper pork chops.
    Brown and place in casserole dish. Cover with rice.
    Mix soup and milk together.
    Pour over pork chops and rice.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
