Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    1 beaten egg
    6 Tbsp. cold water
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and shortening until crumbly like coarse meal. Add egg, water and vinegar. Mix well and form into 3 balls. Chill in the refrigerator. Makes 3 crusts. May be frozen.
