Shortcut Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Italian sausage
    4 oz. (2 1/2 c.) wide noodles
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain off fat. Cook noodles.
    Drain.
    Combine egg, cheese, Parmesan cheese and meat.
    In a 10 x 6 x 2-inch pan, layer half each of the noodles, meat, Mozzarella and spaghetti sauce. Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered, in a 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
