Granny Kirkpatrick'S Raisin Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins
    pie crust (for 12 muffin tins)
Preparation
    Prepare your favorite pie crust recipe and line 12 muffin tins.
    Set aside.
    Slightly beat the eggs with a fork.
    Add butter, brown sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Beat again.
    Pour into pie-crust-lined muffin tins.
    Place raisins in each tin.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
