Quick Cherry Balls Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 to 18 maraschino cherries with stems
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1 Tbsp. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Drain cherries; set aside.
    Beat ingredients (not the graham crackers) until well blended.
    Wrap a teaspoonful of batter around each cherry, covering completely.
    Roll in graham cracker crumbs. Chill for 1 hour.
