Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink or red salmon
    1/8 c. flour
    1/8 c. cornmeal
    1 egg
    1 grated onion
Preparation
    In a medium size bowl, mix all ingredients.
    Stir to blend. Using a medium size spoon, spoon batter into a hot skillet with deep fat.
    Cook until brown.
    Serve hot.
