Bran Health Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. bran flour or Quaker oat bran hot cereal (uncooked)
3/4 c. wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg, well beaten
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. molasses
3/4 c. yogurt
1/4 c. fruit juice or water
Preparation

Mix together in mixing bowl the bran flour or oat bran cereal, wheat flour, baking soda, salt, cloves and cinnamon.
Blend dry ingredients together and add egg, vegetable oil, honey, molasses, yogurt and fruit juice or water.
Mix until well blended.
Fill well-greased muffin pans 3/4 full and bake at 350\u00b0
for 30 minutes.
Yields 6 muffins.
